La sensación de espacio liminal que se experimenta al entrar en nuestra casa está cuidadosamente diseñada con intención y dirección.
Donde la forma sigue a la función da su intención al concepto abierto del primer piso.
La forma que sigue la emoción son las pautas para entender su diseño.

• Transmute - To completely change the form, nature, or substance of something, often into a higher or better state.
• The Bauhaus (German for 'building house'), was a German art school operational from 1919 to 1933 that combined crafts and the fine arts.
• Béton Brut, French for "raw concrete," refers to concrete left unfinished after casting, showcasing the texture, seams, and grain of the formwork.
• Brutalist Architecture is a functionalist, post-war style (1950s–1970s) characterized by raw, exposed concrete (Béton Brut), massive monolithic forms, and modular geometric shapes.
• Wabi-Sabi Architecture is a Japanese design philosophy focusing on the beauty of imperfection, transience, and natural imperfection.
• Ma (間) in Japanese architecture refers to the intentional use of empty space, gaps, or pauses to create meaning, balance, and harmony.
• Modern Architecture was based upon new and innovative technologies of construction (particularly the use of glass, steel, and concrete); the principle of functionalism (i.e. that form should follow function); an embrace of minimalism; and a rejection of ornament.
